Incredible opportunity to receive therapy through art from anywhere in the world.  This site     works best with Internet Explorer and is HIGHLY recommended.  If you are in the NYC             area, I recommend making an appointment.  The next best thing is using the email option     from anywhere in the world.  You do not need to be an artist!

2. Losing weight with yoga.  Excess weight can negatively affect both your physical and             emotional health. 

3. Better financial health relieves stress that causes other illnesses.  If you are having trouble     paying your bills, check out this site before you get scammed into paying large amounts of     money for useless internet products. 

4. Yoga for your mind, body and spirit.  This is a guide for achieving peace, health and                 happiness through yoga.

5. How to meditate anywhere using mudras (finger yoga).  This is especially useful if you         have any limitations that keep you from going to a yoga class, or if you are constantly on         the run. 

6. Absolutely amazing website on binaural beats and brainwave entrainment.  This site will     amaze you.  It is absolutely incredible.

7. More on binaural beats.  Not as beautiful as the previously listed site, but still interesting.

8. Mind sync (assisted meditation through music).  If you're interested in deeper meditation         and reaching altered states (no drugs involved), this is for you.
